What counts as a site?
One Vault installation collecting from one plant, such as a battery site, a peaking plant or a test bench. A second Vault on the same site as a standby is half price.
What happens if I stop paying for updates?
Vault keeps logging and you keep every record. The licence never switches anything off; you just stop receiving new versions and support until you renew.
Do you charge for users, viewers or Grafana?
No. Everyone on site can look at Vault, and any number of tools can read from it.
Does the licence need an internet connection?
No. The licence is a signed file for the site, checked locally. Vault never calls home.
Can we buy through our integrator or EPC?
Yes. Integrators can resell Vault and price it into the panel. Ask us about partner terms.
Can we pay in euros or dollars?
Yes. Ask for a quote in EUR or USD.
